ENACOM Resolution 57/2026 approved the new RAMATEL framework. Resolution 843/2026 postponed its entry into force to 1 December 2026. Until 30 November 2026, registrations continue under Resolution 729/80 and related provisions. Registrations granted during this transition remain valid for three years and must then be adapted to the new framework to avoid automatic cancellation.
Our work may include scope assessment, review of existing reports, identification of missing documentation, sample and test coordination, preparation of submissions, response follow-up and review of RAMATEL identification requirements. GROLL provides consulting and technical management; approvals, testing and certification remain the responsibility of the relevant entities.
