SIC Resolution 18/2025 establishes Argentina's current technical regulation for Personal Protective Equipment and repeals Resolution 896/1999. Scope and assessment requirements depend on the product and technical standards listed in its Annex II.
The framework allows national and foreign certification evidence subject to specific accreditation and documentation conditions. Foreign certificates must be assessed individually for issuing body, product model, standards, validity and technical correspondence; acceptance is not automatic.
