SIC Resolution 438/2024, amended by Resolution 26/2025, sets the framework for covered products, energy labels and declarations of conformity. Applicability must be checked for each model against Annex II.
GROLL Ingeniería assesses scope, applicable tests, technical reports, product information sheets, energy labels, declarations of conformity and online-sales requirements. For pre-existing labelling schemes, updated labels have been required since 5 March 2026, with a general phase-out of obsolete labels from 5 March 2028, subject to Annex IV exceptions and product-specific rules. The responsible party signs the declaration.
